L’EFFICACITE DE LA MOTIVATION AU SEIN DES ORGANISATIONS

ABSTRACT

This study examines the critical role of motivation in enhancing performance within organizations, positing motivation as a key independent variable that directly influences performance outcomes. By analyzing the intra-role link between motivation and performance, the research underscores how motivated employees tend to work harder and more effectively, leading to improved organizational results. As Bloomberg and Pingle (1982) suggest, motivation is essential for driving quality and effort, inspiring individuals to achieve their goals. Organizations are therefore encouraged to foster motivating environments to maximize productivity. Human resources are highlighted as invaluable assets in this context, essential for realizing organizational objectives (Paul & Sugon, 1996). Consequently, human resource management has become a focal point for organizations aiming to boost employee productivity and, thereby, overall performance (Robbins, 1993).
